Aber das Team dieser Ordination - vom Empfang bis zu den Ärztinnen - gehört zu den kompetentesten und freundlichsten, bei denen ich jemals war. I have seen many doctors, good and bad. But the team in this practice - from the reception to the doctors - is one of the most competent and friendly I have ever been to.
P	Pe Ach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung echt top! Sämtliche MitarbeiterInnen sind wirklich nett und sympathisch. Die ärztliche Betreuung ist kompetent und persönlich und ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Really great from reception to farewell! All employees are really nice and personable. The medical care is competent and personal and I felt in good hands.

Habe noch nie länger als eine Stunde gewartet (und das nimmt man doch in Kauf, wenn es wichtig ist, oder?) Very nice team! The ladies at the reception are always friendly and patient, very good doctors, very friendly assistants. Have never waited more than an hour (and you accept that, if it's important, right?)

Aber dass viele viele Monat lang nur mein Blutdruck behandelt und meine Atemnot als nicht kausal vom Herzen abgetan wurde - das hatte ich nicht erwartet. Zum Glück kam ein anderer Arzt auf die Idee, meine stark verkalkten Herzkrankgefäße zu untersuchen - so entging ich mit 2 Stents an einer zu 100% verstopften Arterie einem drohenden Herzinfarkt. long waiting-yes. Friendly staff - yes. Friendly doctor-yes. But the fact that many only treated my blood pressure for many months and that my respiratory distress was not causally taken off my mind - I did not expect that. Fortunately, another doctor came up with the idea to examine my calcified heart disease - so I escaped with 2 stents on a 100% clogged artery an impending heart attack.

Wurde von der Dame am Telefon beim siebten Versuch (nachdem davor einfach abgehoben und aufgelegt wurde) eher unfreundlich abgewiesen (trotz Überweisung und Hinweis, dass es dringend wäre). Nächster freier Termin in 4 Monaten, außer "Sie kommen privat, und zahlen". Nein, danke! I can't say anything about the doctor himself because I never got an appointment. Was rejected by the lady on the phone on the seventh attempt (after having simply picked up and hung up beforehand) rather unfriendly (despite the transfer and the advice that it was urgent). Next free appointment in 4 months, except "You come privately and pay". No thanks!
S	Sandra Hofbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl in dieser Ordination ganz offensichtlich sehr viel los ist und das Telefon andauernd läutet , bemühen sie die Damen am Schalter um jeden einzelnen Patienten. Ebenso sei Vorgespräch und dann beim Arzt fühlt man sich wahrgenommen , verstanden und bestens betreut. Ich komme gerne wieder, Artztbesuche können auch angenehm sein !!!! Although there is obviously a lot going on in this ordination and the phone rings all the time, the ladies at the counter take care of every single patient. Likewise, there is a preliminary talk and then at the doctor you feel noticed, understood and well looked after. I would love to come back, visits to the doctor can also be pleasant!

Sie nimmt sich genügend Zeit und kann mit verständlichen Erklärungen vorhandene Ängste nehmen. Auch Herr Dr. Wagner und alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die mitunter längere Wartezeit nehme ich dafür gerne in Kauf. Vielen Dank! I have been a patient of Dr. Avanzini and I feel very well looked after. She takes enough time and can take away existing fears with understandable explanations. Dr. Wagner and all the other employees were always friendly and helpful. I am happy to accept the sometimes longer waiting time. Thanks very much!
