Nach dem Kauf eines Druckers, der mit vier Wochen Verzögerung geliefert wurde, beginnt das Warten auf den Installationsservice. Dreimaliger Anruf im Business-Center - jedesmal dasselbe: das ist eine andere Abteilung, wir geben das mit höchster Priorität weiter. Sie erhalten so rasch wie möglich einen Rückruf. Natrürlich kein Rückruf, auch nach einer Woche und zweimaligem Nachfragen per Telefon. Selbst die Ankündigung, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten, wird wohlwollend ignoriert.
