Fijne omgeving, zeer rustig in voorseizoen. Schoon sanitair. Vriendelijke eigenaar.
Nice environment, very quiet in preseason. Clean sanitary facilities. Restaurants nearby, small supermarket well stocked with fresh and other products and no more expensive than larger a little further away. Great swimming pool, but camping guests also have free access to the swimming pool in Berg im Drautal. Friendly owner.

All very friendly, beautiful location, large parking spaces, clean new sanitary area (shower 1 €). Small pool available for cooling off. But close by, about 4 minutes on foot. , also the small, fine outdoor pool in Berg. Really recommendable, we would love to come back!

We visited this campsite from 6 to 23 September, just after the high season. As a result, it was very pleasantly quiet on the campsite, no more than a maximum of six or seven occupied spots. The sanitary facilities on this campsite are of high quality, and important: very clean and neatly maintained. There are showers (€1 for six minutes) and washing facilities. At full occupancy, perhaps a little too little: three showers, two washrooms and four toilets per m/f. There is a small pool of 10 by 5 meters and 90cm deep, but as we came in the low season the pool will be emptied again the last week of September. Camping guests can also use the general swimming pool in Berg im Drautal for free, but this also closes in mid-September. The campsite itself does not have its own shop, but there is an ADEG supermarket in the village where you can buy everything. In the low season, the campsite owner comes by in the evening to clean and it is possible to pay for the stay in advance. If it is not busy, you can choose a spot on arrival, it is not possible to reserve a fixed spot in advance The campsite is located between the B100 road and the Spittal - Lienz railway line. The motorway is audible, but not disturbing and the train traffic is minimal (2 stop trains per hour and the occasional intercity / freight train on the single-track route). The track runs in a relatively sharp bend, so you do hear some of the so-called curve noise, but that is not very disturbing.

Small but very pleasant camping. Especially for paragliders who want to escape from the 24/7 flying-stories madness of the "other" camping. Easy going and lot's of space. Clean and friendly. My regular camping place when I am in Greifenburg of Lienz.

Just perfect: - great location: *its the western-southern part of Carinthia, this means the weather is warmer and there is less rain, the eastern-tyrolian mountains are not farther then an hour by car (so is Franz Josefs Höhe). Hiking trails also start directly at the camping. Around here you can do rafting, canyonig, paragliding, hiking, cycling you name it. *there is a beautiful public outdoor swimming pool with mountains in the backdrop, 10 minutes by foot, its free of charge for campers * Weissensee is 30minutes by car, for all kinds of water sports and bathing in the lake * in the village nearby there is a grocery store, postal office, bank, two restaurants and also a train station * bike hire is 20 minutes away by foot, cycling along the drauradweg is fun, with some bathing lakes on the way - the manager and staff are lovely and helpful. Found a solution to all of our problems. Pre-arrival communication also worked perfectly. They also accept credit cards. - facilities: clean, modern, and there are enough showers and toilets. I never had to wait in line. Hot water is 1 eur for 6 minutes, but considering overall pricing its completely all right. There is also a shallow small pool, beach volleyball court, playground for the kids and a roof with some benches under it for rainy days. For every pitch there is electricity. You can also find plenty of shade. Basic wifi is also provided, around 1mbps, enough to check email and social media. - just one negative: the main road is quite close, so if you are in a tent on the northern part of the camp you can hear the cars from the morning on. It is the case with most campgrounds around here, and you get used to it in two or three days. In caravans it should be no problem. All in all, we had by far our best camping experience here. The region is simply perfect for all kinds of activities, i can only recommend it, we will return for shure!

Very nice camping place, big spaces good showers although you do have to pay for warm water. The pool on the camping is suitable for cooling off, while you can also get a free ticket for a big(ger) swimming pool in the town of Berg. WiFi is fine too.
