Schade dass 1,5h so schnell vorbei sein können. Trotz fundiertem Grundwissen über die Espressozubereitung, man lernt das Handwerk hier wirklich von einer Seite, welche einem kein Video, kein informativer Text im Internet ersetzen kann. 15 Jahre professionelle Erfahrung bei der Espressozubereitung (und allem was zum Thema Kaffee dazugehört) spürt, hört und genießt man hier in eurem Kurs. Für jeder Mann/Frau ein wirklicher Tipp!! Egal ob totaler Laie, Anfänger oder Halbbarista, hier kann man sicher immer noch lernen! Super nette Atmosphäre und Betreuung! Es wird einem zur Hand gegangen und alle Fragen (und Mythen ;)) welche das Thema Kaffee betreffen beantwortet! Auch in Zeiten von Corona eine wirklich willkommene und bereichernde Abwechslung! Macht weiter so!! Thank you very much at this point for this extremely informative, entertaining, funny and enriching (basic) barista course. It's a shame that 1.5 hours can be over so quickly. Despite a sound basic knowledge of espresso preparation, you really learn the craft here from a side that no video or informative text on the Internet can replace. 15 years of professional experience in the preparation of espresso (and everything that goes with it on the subject of coffee) can be felt, heard and enjoyed here in your course. A real tip for every man / woman !! No matter if you are a total layman, beginner or half-barista, you can certainly still learn here! Super nice atmosphere and support! It will give you a hand and answer all questions (and myths;)) that concern the topic of coffee! Even in times of Corona a really welcome and enriching change! Keep it up!!

Es hat jede Menge Spaß gemacht. Definitiv empfehlenswert! We took part in the Cambio Caffè at the 3h Barista Workshop and were thrilled - besides the many tips and tricks around Espressi and Cappuccini we ourselves had the opportunity to prepare coffees (grinding, brewing, milk froth). It was a lot of fun. Definitely recommended!

Bei Marian merkt man dass innere Feuer für italienischen Espresso (und dessen Spielvarianten) das nur all zu leicht auf die Kursteilnehmer überspringt. Ich kann diesen Kurs ohne Abzüge für alle die in eine sachlich, grundierte und leidenschaftliche Einführung zum Thema italienischer Espresso interessiert sind empfehlen. Very nice, entertaining, informative, entertaining and exciting barista (basis) course. With Marian you realize that internal fire for Italian espresso (and its variants of the game) that all too easily on the students skipped. I recommend this course without deduction to anyone interested in a factual, grounded and passionate introduction to Italian espresso.

Der Workshop hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Unser Workshop war im Wesentlichen in drei Teile gegliedert: Espresso zubereiten, Milch schäumen und erste Schritte :-) in Latte Art. Außerdem hat Elia aus seinem reichen Erfahrungsschatz alle unsere Fragen sehr freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Wir haben bei toller Atmosphäre viel gelernt und probiert und waren mit dem Angebot äußerst zufrieden. Vielen Dank! My girlfriend and I attended a workshop after we had our first experience with a portafilter machine. We really enjoyed the workshop. Our workshop was essentially divided into three parts: preparing espresso, frothing milk and first steps :-) in latte art. Elia also answered all of our questions in a very friendly and competent manner from his wealth of experience. We learned and tried a lot in a great atmosphere and were extremely satisfied with the offer. Thanks very much!
