★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dame zuständig für Beratung sehr freundlich und kompetent. Damen an der Kasse sehr unangenehm und unfreundlich. Verlangen an der Kasse andere Preise als gelabelt (in mehreren Fällen). Rechtlich gesehen kommt ein Vertrag zum ausgeschrieben Preis zu Stande. Aber mit diesem Kassenpersonal wollte ich nicht diskutieren .... daher kein Kauf
Lady responsible for advice very friendly and competent. Ladies at the cash register very uncomfortable and unfriendly. Request other prices than labeled at the cash register (in several cases). From a legal point of view, a contract is concluded at the advertised price. But I didn't want to argue with this cashier ... so no purchase

That's what I call customer service. I had an exchange that was a little more complicated. The branch manager tried extremely hard and made the effort to make it possible for me to exchange the item! Thanks very much!
