M	Mudcake M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, rude service. Don't go there. 7,50 for a very small coup of ice cream and 5 euro for a bottle of beer and a very dirty glas.

Didn't find time to take the order and later kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes to bill us from a credit card. The Only Austrian I met on my trip who was rude with a very bad behaviour.

J	Jayne Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the Volksgarten and had spent a peaceful hour looking at the roses in full bloom. We felt like having coffee & cake and found a table in the cafe. A waitress came and removed 2 menus but didn't acknowledge us as customers. After 10 minutes she came back and we ordered our coffee. However she quickly went to another table before we'd had chance to order cake, so we called her back. After 5 minutes she pushed between my husband and I and slammed his gateau down on the table. Another 10 minutes went by and we stood up to leave, just as she appeared with the rest of the order. We did stay and she pointed to the bill as if to say it was because my apfelstrudl was warm that it had taken so long. In doing that she spilled water everywhere! We wanted to leave fairly quickly and so left a €20 note for the bill of €17.60. Finally the waitress smiled!
