★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie ein so zähes Gebäck gekauft als da. Es schaut sehr gut aus aber wenn man im Winter Ameisen in der Mehlspeise hat ist es traurig. Das Personal ist freundlich aber der Preis ist viel zu teuer. Mich sehen Sie nicht mehr.
 I have never bought such a chewy pastry as there. It looks very good, but if you have ants in the pastry in winter, it's sad. The staff is friendly but the price is way too expensive. You don't see me anymore.

Lovely woman from the family shop from 1912.
They also have another main coffee and backery shop in Marbach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Melk you need to stop to this small and nice shop. They have excellent sweets for all tastes and on top of that the staff is super nice and friendly. The lady was extremely nice, she cut the poppy seed-plums cake slice and nuts-apricots cake slice in half for me in order to taste both of them because i could not decide what to take. Both of them are delicious with great sezonal ingredients
