Eine Katastrophe!!! Nachtrag vom 02.11.19: Mir wurde vom Chef angeboten, dass mir die Ware (für den Fall, dass sie noch vorhanden ist, Besuch dort war vor 1,5 Jahren) umgetauscht werden kann. Dass ich nicht lache!!!! Ein Witz!!!! Nein, dieser Laden sieht mich nicht mehr!!!! Once and never again. On a Sunday afternoon there bought 3 pieces of pies. At home the evil surprise. Totally old and musty taste. A disaster!!! Supplement from 02/11/19: I was offered by the boss that the goods (in the event that it is still available, visit there was 1.5 years ago) can be exchanged. That I do not laugh !!!! A joke!!!! No, this shop does not see me anymore !!!!

Leider gab es nur einen Sonnenschirm, den wir selbst aufstellen müssten obwohl außer uns gerade keine Kunden dort waren. Insgesamt wirken die Sitzplätze wenig einladend. Eine eigene Kundentoilette gibt es nicht. Man muss hinter der Schank am Lager vorbei, um auf die Mitarbeitertoilette zu kommen. Have drunk a very good coffee in Vorbeiradeln on a weekday. Unfortunately there was only one beach umbrella, which we would have to set up even though there were no customers outside of us. Overall, the seats seem uninviting. There is no own customer toilet. You have to pass the bar behind the bar to get to the staff toilet.

Die Bedienung war bemüht, aber sichtlich gestresst und hatte vielleicht nen schlechten Tag. Der O-Saft hatte 0,1 L. Kaffee war gut und reichlich. We got a small plastic jam of marmalade for breakfast (9g?), And a small piece of butter. The service was hard-working, but obviously stressed and maybe had a bad day. The orange juice was 0.1 L. Coffee was good and plentiful.

Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, und auch der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Ort für ein gemütliches Zusammentreffen, aber auch wenn man mal kurz in Ruhe einen Kaffee genießen will. Cozy coffee house with a small but fine selection of pastries. The price / performance ratio is very good, and the service is friendly and helpful. Overall, a recommendable place for a cozy get-together, but also if you want to enjoy a coffee in peace.

Zum Früchtebecher: frisch auf den Tisch stimmt, aber saure Apfelstücke mit Schale schmälern den Genuß, was haben Vanille- und vorallem Schokoladeeiskugeln in einem FRÜCHTEBECHER verloren, genau nichts! Sorry, aber selten so einen schlechten Eisbecher aus Anstand ausgelöffelt und der bemühten Arbeitskraft keinen schlechten Kommentar gegeben. Bitte überlegt den Eismacher und das Personal bedürfte einer Einschulung im Eisbecher herrichten! Positiv zu bewerten ist das Optische, macht aber leider den Geschmack nicht weg. Zum Amarenakirsch Eisbecher kann ich sagen, der hat überzeugt, schön gerichtet, aber die gleichen Eiskugeln wie beim Früchtebecher, Vanille, Schoko und Erdbeere. Wollten eigentlich zum Burgkaffee auf ein Eis, ich sagte da gibts auch Eis, wären wir weiter gegangen! Also, Konzept überdenken, sorry für die schlechte Bewertung! Unfortunately, the ice cream looks better than it tastes. For the fruit cup: fresh on the table is right, but sour apple pieces with their skin diminish the enjoyment, what are vanilla and especially chocolate ice-cream balls in a FRUIT CUP, exactly nothing! Sorry, but seldom spooned out such a bad sundae out of decency and did not give the hard-working worker a bad comment. Please consider the ice cream maker and the staff needs training in the ice cream sundae! The appearance is positive, but unfortunately does not take away the taste. I can say about the Amarenakirsch sundae, it was convincing, nicely arranged, but the same ice cream scoops as with the fruit sundae, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Actually wanted to have an ice cream with the castle coffee, I said there is also ice cream, we would have gone further! So, rethink the concept, sorry for the bad rating!

Trotz nur 4 Gästen (inklusiver uns) mussten wir ziemlich lange warten, bis wir bedient wurden. Eis war soweit lecker, aber von einem Konditorengenuss weit entfernt. Die Bedienung kam allerdings nicht zum Abservieren bzw. kassieren, wir sind dann zur Schank gegangen um zu Bezahlen. Service schlecht, nicht um die Gäste bemüht,…. Ergänzend: Wegen einem 3G-Nachweis wurde auch nicht gefragt. Unfortunately very disappointing. Went to this coffee house on a Sunday after lunch.
