Vom Kaffee bin ich begeistert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fahre jahrelang zur Tankstelle mein Auto zu waschen, tätige manchmal Noteinkäufe und tanke auch teilweise dort.
War schon oft von der Bedienung (Chefin) sehr entäuscht, weil sie so unwillig und unfreundlich ist. Manchmal riecht sie auch sehr unangenehm.
Heute hat sie es mit ihrer unwilligen und unfreundlichen Art geschafft, mich entgültig als Kunde zu verlieren. Alle anderen Tankstellen rundherum egal welche Marke sind freundlicher und haben das gleiche Angebot. Mir ist es die Mehrstrecke wert und werde zur Konkurenz fahren.

Has often been very disappointed with the service (boss), because she is so unwilling and unfriendly. Sometimes she smells very unpleasant.
Today, with her reluctant and unfriendly manner, she has finally lost me as a customer. All other gas stations all around no matter which brand are friendlier and have the same offer. For me it is worth the extra distance and will go to the competition.
