Auf ein hartes Plastikstück im Nussgipfel gebissen gab dann noch die Krönung. In Zukunft werde ich zur Konkurrenz weiter weg gehen. Served stressed, unfriendly. Und es war nicht möglich, wie bestellt. Absolute Frechheit für eine halbe Stunde vor ort gewesen, um die Bestellung persönlich aufzugeben. NIE WIEDER. Absolut mieser Service! Vor allem, da ich am Freitag am selben tag angerufen habe, um mit alles nochmals bestätigen zu lassen ??? Mal in dieser Filiale alte Ware verkauft, obwohl wir wiederholt auf diesen Missstand hinwiesen. Die Salzstangen weich, leicht feucht und pappig, als hätte man sie aus dem Froster genommen und über Nacht vor sich hintauen lassen... oder im Regen stehen lassen. Die Pärle jenseits von knusprig. Die 3 Butterkipfel waren frisch - Juchuh! Wir möchten jedoch nicht "Russisch Roulette" spielen, wenn wir bei Mangold einkaufen sondern erwarten für gutes Geld auch gute Ware. We liked to buy from Mangold, but unfortunately we sold old goods for the fifth time in this branch, although we repeatedly pointed out this maladministration. Der große Andrang ist wohl die beste Werbung! Das Zeug muß einfach gut sein! Excellent bread and pastries.
