Fairly standard dive, with a little dodgy area downstairs. Very very smokey. But the wallpaper is good, and the people were nice to us!

very weird audience that can either be part of a charming experience or a nightmare visit - depending on visitor. it has 0 ventilation and a big smokers quota, which makes your clothes/hair smell disgusting (in a smokers point of view).

A classic venue of Viennese nightlife. It has a somewhat rundown appearance, but staff and patrons are friendly and prices are reasonable. Is usually frequented but artistic people as well. Opening hours go well into the little hours. Always worth a visit.

Prices are good, service on point. And here comes BUT moment. This has not so much to do with the staff. Each Club has it's reguläres and this one as well. For the place that has reputation of open minded crowd and artistic souls they could work on stop staring at people every time stranger walks in trying to have his beer in peace. I've been there few times and never felt welcome. And i did or said nothing, just swinged by with my friend, had a beer or two and left. There is always this small group of people at the left side of the bar, probably friends of the staff, they stare each time to unpleasant point and talk while doing that. Never saw ADIDAS hoodie before? I am in Vienna 3 years now, i was on my local scene almost 20 years, i eat art 3 meals daily and we were happy to meet and greet strangers, this seems like place for people who like to dress "different" but without actual different mindset. And don't start with Austria mentality i know about it everything, you guys claim that you are different then be different.

They kindly ask not to take photos inside, so I will try to paint you a picture with words... I went on a Sunday evening. The lighting was low, but there was a chilled atmosphere. It's quite rough around the edges, lots of stickers on the walls, dark walls but big windows. Downstairs is quite dingy with lots of writing on the walls. Beers are around €4, spirits available as well as coffee. They sell cigarettes behind the bar, but no smoking inside (since the ban on Oct 31 2019). Trans and gay friendly. Some anti-fascist graffiti. Mostly a young local crowd. They played some slow jazz and some German alternative pop.
