Definitely don't let anything influence your decision (like a drink someone had last week that was nice, etc.) You'll probably be disappointed.
Tell them what you like and let them do the rest. Easy as that.

Ii saw some reviews complaining about the waiting time: my experience with cocktail bars is that preparing cocktails takes time, and this bar is no different
