B	Bronko Kulitscka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gestern Abend (6.7.2019),beim Automaten am Praterstern ,versucht mir ein Getränk zu kaufen .Ich habe 2.50 € eingeworfen und die Zahl 61 gedrückt -ohne Erfolg-die 2.50 €bekam ich aber auch nicht retour .Einer Kundin nach mir erging es genauso .Leider steht auf den Automaten keine Service Nummer die man in solchen Fällen erreichen könnte !für mich als Kunde sehr enttäuschend. MfG .Sonja R I have yesterday evening (6/7/2019), the vending machine on Praterstern, trying to buy me a drink. I have 2.50 € thrown in and pressed the number 61 - no success - the 2.50 € but I did not get back. A customer after me fared the same. Unfortunately is on the machine no service number that you could achieve in such cases! for me as a customer very disappointing. MfG. Sonja R

Einer der Automaten hatte aufgrund einer Störung mein Kleingeld "geschluckt", worauf ich mich mit wenig Hoffnung per Mail an die auf dem Gerät angegebene Office-Adresse wandte. 10(!) Minuten später hatte ich die sehr freundliche Antwort einer Mitarbeiterin erhalten, die mir eine unkomplizierte Kulanzlösung anbot. Einfach TOP! Verdiente 5 Sterne! Excellent customer service! One of the machines "swallowed" my small change due to a malfunction, which I then sent with little hope by email to the office address given on the device. 10 (!) Minutes later I received the very friendly response from an employee who offered me an uncomplicated goodwill solution. Simply TOP! Deserved 5 stars!

Muminovic vom Serviceteam fragt nach der Automatennummer und nimmt meine Anfrage kompetent entgegen. Er versichert mir, dass ich mein Geld auf das von mir genannte Bankkonto überwiesen bekomme. After the vending machine has swallowed € 2.50, I call the service line to tell them and find out how I can get my money. Mr. Muminovic from the service team asks for the machine number and competently accepts my request. He assures me that my money will be transferred to the bank account I have named.
