Wenn man ohne Termin herkommt kann man gleich einen Schlafsack mitnehmen, denn man wartet gewiss noch am nächsten Tag. "Termine gibt es die nächsten 3-4 Monate sowieso kane" - aussage der assistentin. No advice, no time. Completely overcrowded and overwhelmed. Rude team hardly tries to do something better. If you come here without an appointment, you can take a sleeping bag with you, because you will certainly be waiting for the next day. "There will be appointments for the next 3-4 months anyway" - statement by the assistant.

Ich glaube es sind keine richtigen Ärzte. Denn die helfen Menschen mit starken Schmerzen! Very disappointing, I went there with very bad pain. I was not treated just consoled that they don't have time. I don't think they're really doctors. Because they help people with severe pain!

Weisen Schmerzpatienten ab und helfen noch nicht mal bei Nachfrage, wo man sich akkut hinwenden könnte, obwohl ganz groß angepriesen wird am Eingang, dass nur Notfälle behandelt werden! Unfriendly! Reject pain patients and do not even help when asked where to turn, although it is extensively advertised at the entrance that only emergencies are treated!
S	Sany “B1gBuddhAH” Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superfreundliche und rücksichtsvolle Behandlung. Die machen alles richtig was viele andere Zahnärzte falsch machen. Nach dieser Behandlung bin ich meine Zahnarztangst endlich los. Besonders für Angstpatienten zu empfehlen. Aber unbedingt bei der Anmeldung erwähnen, dass man "zartbesaitet" ist. Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt ist, dass das "Ambiente" der Ordination nicht sooo großartig ist. Ist auch ein klein wenig überlaufen, man sollte schon einrechnen bis zu einem guten Monat auf seinen Termin warten muss. Ich vermute aber, dass akute Schmerzpatienten vorgezogen werden, weil ich bei Anmeldung mehrmals gefragt wurde ob ich akut Schmerzen hätte. Vor meinem nächsten Besuch brauche ich mich jedenfalls nicht mehr zu fürchten. Aus meiner Sicht verdiente 5 Sterne! Super kind and considerate treatment. They do everything right what many other dentists do wrong. After this treatment I finally got rid of my fear of dentists. Especially recommended for anxious patients. But be sure to mention when registering that you are "sensitive". The only small negative point is that the "ambience" of the ordination is not that great. Is also a little overcrowded, you should have to wait up to a month for your appointment. However, I suspect that acute pain patients are preferred because I was asked several times when I registered whether I had acute pain. In any case, I no longer need to fear my next visit. In my opinion, it deserves 5 stars!

Meine ganze Familie und mittlerweile einige Freunde (auch welche mit Zahnarztängsten) fühlen sich sehr gut betreut und behandelt. Man erhält rasch einen Termin. Und als bestehender Kunde wird man auch nie abgewiesen (sollte es mal ein Notfall sein)! Top weiter so! Danke. We are very satisfied with the dentist team. My whole family and now some friends (including some with dental fears) feel very well looked after and treated. You get an appointment quickly.
