★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man 35 Minuten in der Warteschleife hängt, sechs Mal weiterverbunden und drei Mal aus der Leitung geschmissen wird, um herauszufinden ob ein Email mit einer Bestätigung angekommen ist oder nicht, hat man das Gefühl in einem Beamtenwitz gefangen zu sein. Wenn dann eine Person nachsieht ob es im System eingetragen worden ist (hat dann weniger als 15 Sekunden gedauert) und sagt das hätte ja jeder der Angestellten tun können, dann ist der Bogen echt überspannt.
If you hang on hold for 35 minutes, are connected six times and thrown off the line three times to find out whether an email with a confirmation has arrived or not, you have the feeling of being caught in an official joke. If a person then checks whether it has been entered in the system (then it took less than 15 seconds) and says that any of the employees could have done that, then the arc is really overstretched.

Heute wurde mir wieder bezüglich eines Problems bezüglich Krankmeldung sofort und unbürokratisch geholfen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter der BVAEB Graz!
So far, all concerns have been dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. Even in Corona times, all matters are handled easily by phone and email. Today I received immediate and unbureaucratic help regarding a problem with reporting sick leave. Many thanks to the staff at BVAEB Graz!
