Termin zur Einstellung einer Jalousie war ein Montag, Mitarbeiter war jedoch erkrankt und fühlte sich nicht veranlasst mich zu verständigen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde ich informiert. Sein Kollege wusste Bescheid. Wenn er den verständigen kann, dann wohl auch den Kunden. Als er dann endlich am Mittwoch da war, wurde mir eingeredet ich hätte das Teil mit dem die Jalousien mit dem Netz verbunden sind "unglücklich" platziert, daher habe es nicht funktioniert. Warum er dann aber an seinem Laptop rumspielen musste, dass es endlich klappt, und nicht einfach nur das Teil umplatziert hat... Mir wurde die Firma mehr oder weniger "aufgezwungen", da das alles bei der Eigentumswohnung dabei war. Privat kann ich nur abraten diese Firma zu wählen. Sie werden ohne Info dumm stehen gelassen, und noch dazu für dumm verkauft wenn man nach dem Fehler fragt.... Unreliable, and sell customers for stupid. Steuert Anlage, Licht, Klima, Beschattung, etc., ist benutzerfreundlich - auch Service passt, wurde bei mir meist mit Fernwartung erledigt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Und auch jetzt nach Projektabschluss sind sie immer für Fragen offen. System funktioniert einwandfrei und ich freu mich jedes mal wieder wie ein kleines Kind zu Weihnachten wenn ich via App mit den Lichtern spiele :D Absolute recommendation! Was advised friendly and competent from the beginning and during the entire project period. And even after the project is over, they are always open to questions. System works fine and I'm happy every time again like a little kid at Christmas when I play via app with the lights: D
