Bei Krutisch wollte man mir einen neuen Zylinder andrehen und behauptete der alte sei nicht reparierbar. Daher wären Null Sterne angebracht. Nicht nur Profitgierig, sondern offensichtlich null Kundenservice. I just wanted to have a cylinder repaired (which was done to me at Schlosser Vogtmann in 5 minutes). When Krutisch wanted to turn me a new cylinder and claimed the old was not repairable. Therefore zero stars would be appropriate. Not only profit-hungry, but obviously zero customer service.
