They have lots of stock but as the Flagship shop I would have expected at least some sale items from their website...but no. Staff asked if they could help but once we pointed out item on their website it was "this is last year's stock and we dont have" OK can understand this bit no further help was provided to assist us in getting the item or where we could get it from. So overall left with a negative around shop which was later built on by Innsbruck town store not understanding telephone request. For the prices they charge...service should be a lot better. Having gone back today, we talked to someone who i think is one of the managers. What a difference in service. Eager to help and sort out what was required. Left having spent more than anticipated but this was due to his excellent customer service and attention to requirements. Many thanks and have changed my rating from 2 to 4 based on this ?

D	David Hitchcock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service. Waited an hour for a person to become available to assist. They then assisted for 5 minutes and then had to run off to man the till. I left empty handed after driving 100km to get there to buy a board, boot and bindings. They weren't even concerned when I told them I'm leaving due to the service. 2 people manning a flagship store on a Saturday a few weeks before ski season is just plain stupid. I will now be spending my hard earned cash at Blue Tomato where the service is always top class

Twice cancelled my orders, without any notifications via email, or through the account (I don’t see the order there at all, no statuses). The support member could not help with the purchase, only gave me recommendation to order agayn - common, for the third time??!! And all these with the client who bought many times before with the same details. Definitely I will never buy on burton.com again.
