I went to the honorary consulate today (by prior arrangement) to apply for my passport. The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very positively surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe es nicht das man in den öffnungszeiten niemanden erreicht telefonbeantworter sagt zwischen 11 und 12 erreichbar aber man erreicht trotzdem niemanden auch per mail nicht verauche da jetzt schon seit üner einer woche jmd zu erreichen
I do not understand that you cannot reach anyone during the opening hours. The answering machine says available between 11 and 12 but you can still not reach anyone even by email
