★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöne Wanderung, auch Ende Oktober sehr reizvoll. Gutes Schuhwerk empfehlenswert. Sitzmöglichkeiten vor der Burgruine. Auch für Familien ideal. Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt.
 Wonderful hike, also very attractive at the end of October. Good shoes are recommended. Seating in front of the castle ruins. Also ideal for families. Parking is limited.

Small but beautiful castle ruins with about 30 minutes walk, manageable even with small children, a bit boring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Wanderung nach oben, auch im Winter bei ein bisschen Schnee. Leider ließ sich heute, am 11.02.2021 um 14 Uhr die Tür nicht öffnen, war alles versperrt.
Nice hike to the top, even in winter with a bit of snow. Unfortunately, today, on February 11th, 2021 at 2 p.m., the door could not be opened, everything was locked.

Leisurely hike in the shade. Also suitable for children. Great view from the tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr schöne und relativ gut erhaltene Ruine. Nahe gelegene Parkplätze ermöglichen eine kleine Wanderung durch die Natur und man erreicht die Ruine innerhalb einer Stunde. Ein empfehlenswerter Halbtagesausflug.
A very beautiful and relatively well-preserved ruin. Nearby parking spaces allow a short hike through nature and you can reach the ruins within an hour. A recommended half day excursion.

Entspannende Wanderung ab der Kreuzung ( Miniparkplatz ) vom Aschautalstart.
Magnificent view of the Hausruck area ... to the Danube.
Relaxing hike from the intersection (mini car park) at the Aschautal start.
