A beautiful ruined castle. When the restaurant is open, you get a dream view of Lake Faak and the surrounding area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel authentisches ist nicht übrig von der Ruine. Letztendlich hat man die Grundmauern restauriert und Gastro reimgebaut. Die Arena ist beeindruckend.
There is not much that is authentic left of the ruin. Ultimately, the foundation walls were restored and the gastro was built in rhyme. The arena is impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Burgruine Finkenstein mit ihrer Arena ist ein wunderschön erhaltenes und restauriertes Bauwerk des Mittelalters. Die Schenke vor Ort lädt zum Verweilen ein und Parkplätze sowie Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe machen das ganze Gelände auch für alle Altersklassen zugänglich. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausflugstag vor Ort.
The Finkenstein castle ruin with its arena is a beautifully preserved and restored building from the Middle Ages. The local tavern invites you to linger and parking spaces and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity make the whole area accessible to all age groups. We had a nice day out on site.
