★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at the top of a hill overlooking Faaker see, accessible by car easily. Nice location, very beautiful decor and wonderful views from the terrace. Typical Austrian food and very tasty. We went during the wild game week and enjoed eating some great venison dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and cold service, only full meal options (no snacks, no kids menus -- seems to be very deliberate, since a lot of mountain bike families go there), standard gastro systems food (only had two soups though).
They obviously don't have to make a huge effort, because there is nothing else around. And it shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendid location for the athletic-minded and sightseers alike. Food and beverage were super as was the service. Given the popularity it makes sense that in non-pandemic times the service might be off. This was not the case. This first experience was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a perfect spot to enjoy the Faker See views while eating tipical Austrian food. Personally, I love to have a beer or a Radler after a hard biking session in the flow trail close to the place. For me, a "must go" place if you are in Kärnten!
