★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fancy and traditional place on the top of the hill from where you can have a very beautiful view on Bregenz and the lake. Restaurant in the castle is beautiful and elegant, dishes are tasty and wine list is rich of great bottles of local wines or not local. Prices are above the average but everything in there worth the expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing meal we all had. We were a group of 10 and each meal each person had was just very well cooked. The favourites are the roast beef, the tomahawk steak and the veal. Such a beautiful castle and great views of the city too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came as a big group. The meals came out very spaced out so we were not able to eat together. They forgot one of the parties meal so it came out after most were done eating. The food was ok, I would not really recommend. The restaurant is gorgeous and the view is amazing, but it sadly does not make up for the quality of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We popped in here last night for a drink after the staff said it was fine after 8. What an amazing place and all the staff were exemplary. They helped us with places to go to around the area. We may come back this way purely to return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish from Bodensee had a very unpleasure taste (like old fridge), ordered my steak medium rare - got it medium done, pommes was super salty - even my kid didn't liked it, asked for a birthday surprise at the table - they confirmed bring the dessert with a candle but forgot it and apologized afterwards.
The burgstübli had a good smell, after we left the place - we smelled like smoked beef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing view, stopped there just because we saw the castle from the highway, we were lucky to find a table without reservation, we enjoyed the food there, the cheese soup is simply delicious.
