The service is super friendly, the atmosphere invites you to stay and the food is on another level. The fine mix between simplicity and complexity of the dishes is mind-blowing! I really enjoyed eating at the foodbar. There you got the best view into the kitchen and you can really see with how much love and passion your food is being prepared. The Best thing is: You can't book a seat at the bar, so it's perfect for a spontaneous dinner or just a quick snack and a good glass of wine.

The best sourdough bread I've ever had. Attentive staff. Warm lighting. Simply: a wonderful experience. Make sure to get a reservation ahead of time. We liked all the dishes we tried (vegetarian). A pricier option than other restaurants, but well worth the differential. We will definitely dine here again next time we are in Bregenz. Cheers and thank you to everyone at Weiss for making me a very happy diner :)

J	Jacob Sand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By coincident we ended up at Weiss restaurant where we had the best dinner for a longtime. It’s a new restaurant that opened only in May 2020. However, the kitchen and waiters have already managed to find their own winning style. The food was both creative and very tasteful. It’s a modern kitchen introducing you to whole new ways of doing things, however, while relying and taking inspiration from the best of the classic kitchen when rethinking old recipes. We had the 5 course menu where all dishes were very well composed and thought of in all details with a link from one dish to the other. The kitchen enjoys the strong support from the beautiful Nordic inspired surroundings (we ate in the patio) and not least a team of informal but very competent and service minded waiters. We had an unforgettable wedding anniversary dinner. We would love to come back and follow this dynamic team in their creative way of thinking.
