Nella sua lunga storia, è stato sede di vassalli del Ducato d'Austria, del re Matteo Corvino, una base di cavalieri predoni, una base militare del terzo Reich e persino occupato dall'esercito russo.
Oggi è in ottime condizioni e nel suo interno si trova un albergo con ristorante.
Vi si organizzano eventi e mostre.
La visita è consentita in qualche occasione, legata ad eventi speciali.
It probably dates back to the 11th century (from that time is the splendid chapel dedicated to St Florian, with splendid frescoes ...) and was renovated in a neo-romantic style around 1870.
In its long history, it has been the seat of vassals of the Duchy of Austria, of King Matthew Corvinus, a base of marauding knights, a military base of the Third Reich and even occupied by the Russian army.
Today it is in excellent condition and inside there is a hotel with a restaurant.
Events and exhibitions are organized there.
The visit is allowed on some occasions, linked to special events.
