★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf einem von der Feldaist umflossenen felsigen Hügel befand sich die einstige Burganlage Neuaist.
Sie war, so wie auch Altaist im Besitz der Herren von Aist, welche im 11. Jahrhundert hier Besitzungen erwarben. Bereits ab dem 13 Jahrhundert verlieren sich jegliche Spuren von die Burg und sie dürfte also schon damals zu Ruine geworden sein.
Auch wenn heute keinerlei sichtbaren Zeugnisse von der Burg mehr vorhanden sind, so ist es ein Erlebnis durch das Aisttal zu wandern und sich an der wunderbaren und noch intakten Naturlandschaft zu erfreuen und diese zu genießen. Erholung pur.
On one of the Feldaist surrounded rocky hill was the former castle complex Neo-Est.
It was, as well as Altaist in the possession of the Lords of Aist, who acquired here in the 11th century possessions here. As early as the 13th century, any traces of the castle are lost and it should have become a ruin even then.
