Es gibt Unmengen an Büchern lagernd, die in anderen Buchhandlungen nicht zu finden sind und auch alle meine "außergewöhnlicheren" Extrawünsche konnten problemlos erfüllt werden. Eine Buchhandlung die tatsächlich noch eine BUCHhandlung ist mit Personal das über mehr Wissen als aktuelle Bestsellerlisten verfügt und ohne allen möglichen Nicht-Bücher-Schnickschnack im Sortiment. The staff is very well informed and can score with knowledge in all areas. There are tons of books in stock that cannot be found in other bookstores and all my "more unusual" special requests could be fulfilled without any problems. A bookstore that is actually still a BUCHhandlung with staff that has more knowledge than current bestseller lists and without any possible non-book frills in the range.
r	rina s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in der Buchhandlung, finde immer wieder interessante Werke. Natürlich bzw. leider haben sie nichts von Selfpublishing Autoren. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, nicht aufdringlich - meine 1. Wahl. I feel very well in the bookstore, always find interesting works. Of course, unfortunately, they have nothing from self-publishing authors. Staff is very accommodating, not intrusive - my 1st choice.

Bei Schulbücher muss man zwar direkt anrufen, weil die nicht gelistet sind, aber alle am Telefon sind sehr nett ( hab für meine Tochter das wörterbuch gekauft, damit sie es nicht immer zwischen Schule und zuhause hin und her schleppen muss!)! Nach meiner Internet Bestellung wurde ich angerufen, die Dame am Telefon hat mich freundlich begrüßt und sich für meine Bestellung bedankt ( wo bekommt man das noch...?!) und mir leider mitteilen müssen, dass 3 von meinen 17 bestellten Büchern, weder über Deutschland noch in Österreich lieferbar seien, dies tue ihr leid. Schade dass das so ist, aber sie haben sich echt mühe gegeben. Außerdem wurde ich gefragt ob ich die Bücher lieber abholen kommen möchte, oder ob Sie sie zu mir nach Hause schicken sollten. Service pur und das mit Zahlung auf Rechnung! Schon lange hatte ich kein so nettes Telefonat mehr! You have to call school books directly because they are not listed, but everyone on the phone is very nice (bought the dictionary for my daughter so she doesn't always have to drag it back and forth between school and home!)! After my internet order I was called, the lady on the phone greeted me warmly and thanked me for my order (where do you get that ...?!) And unfortunately have to tell me that 3 of my 17 books ordered, neither over Germany are still available in Austria, she is sorry. It's a shame that that's the case, but they really tried hard. I was also asked if I would rather come to pick up the books or if you should send them to my home. Pure service and with payment on account! I haven't had such a nice phone call in a long time!
