Auch wenn der Kunde glaubt er muss seine „Einser-Schmäh“ los werden, wird ohne zögern und durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung die optimale Konter-Antwort gefunden und somit der Grundstein für einen Buch kauf gelegt.
Natürlich muss zwischendurch auch gelacht werden.
Die Beratung ist super, ich habe mit wenigen Worten meine Vorstellungen über die Handlung, Zeitepoche, etc. bekannt gegeben egal ob Krimi, Thriller, Historische Bücher, Religion, … wurden mir
gleich einige Bücher professionell vorgestellt inkl. Diskussion über den Inhalt, um mir die Entscheidung für das richtige Buch zu erleichtern.
Man nimmt sich Zeit, was ja in der modernen Gesellschaft nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.

Of course you have to laugh in between as well.
The advice is great, I have just a few words my ideas about the plot, time episode, etc. announced no matter if thriller, thriller, historical books, religion, ... were me
some books professionally presented incl. Discussion about the content, to make it easier for me to decide on the right book.
You take your time, which is not always self-evident in modern society.

jede Buchhändlerin und jeder Buchhändler verdient sich dafür, dass er Bücher anbietet eigentlich 5 Sterne. 2 Bücher habe ich gekauft. Danke dafür. Leider wurde meine Hoffnung enttäuscht, Lokales oder Literatur zu finden, die in Gmünd spielt oder in der Region verlegt wird (zB Bibliothek der Provinz).

every bookseller actually deserves 5 stars for selling books. I bought 2 books. Thanks for that. Unfortunately, my hope was disappointed to find something local or literature that is set in Gmünd or that is published in the region (e.g. provincial library).
