Ich möchte mich nicht im Detail mit ihrer Firma und deren Auftritt beschäftigen bzw liegt es nicht in meiner Verantwortung ihnen hier Ratschläge zu geben.
Mein Interesse besteht darin, andere potentielle Interessenten darüber zu informieren, dass ein destruktiver, herablassender und niveauloser Umgangston 2019 in einem Kundengespräch nicht wirklich "am Puls der Zeit" ist (...auch nicht in der HD Szene).
Ich wünsche der BSL Product GmbH in Zukunft viel Erfolg beim Verbessern der Kommunikation bzw in ihrem Auftreten.

I do not want to deal in detail with their company and their appearance or it is not my responsibility to give them advice here.
My interest lies in informing other potential interested parties that a destructive, condescending and uninhabited tone in a customer discussion in 2019 is not really "on the pulse of time" (... not even in the HD scene).
In the future, I wish BSL Product GmbH every success in improving communication and in its appearance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich nun schon den 5. Auspuff sowie div. Zubehörteile von BSL erworben habe (für mich und teilw. für Freunde verbaut), werde ich nun auch mal eine meiner seltenen Rezensionen schreiben.
Und - JA - ich hatte zuvor div. andere Anlagen auf unterschiedlichen HD Modellen verbaut (Sportys, M8, ..) und habe somit einen Vergleich.
Zur Qualität: hierbei kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Verarbeitung ist in der Regel einwandfrei, gibt es mal ein Problem, wird sich umgehend darum gekümmert.
Zum Design: endlich mal keine Standard Slipon, sondern ein echter Eyecatcher mit dem man sein Bike optisch von der Masse abheben und aufwerten kann und das ganze mit Zulassung.
Zum Sound: der Grinser bleibt - zumindest bei mir - die ganze Fahrt.
Zur Beratung: Ich besuche gelegentlich gern mal den Shop für Benzingespräche, nicht nur weil die Mitarbeiter und Inhaber authentisch zum Produkt sind, sondern weil ich das Gefühl habe, dass für diese der Verkauf nicht beim Versand der Ware endet und somit auch gern mal für neue Ideen oder Maßfertigungen offen sind.
Wer mit der Erwartung kommt, dass man von Anzugträgern mit einer Tasse Tee bedient wird, sollte dann doch besser zu seinem Herrenausstatter fahren ;) .
Fazit: Ich persönlich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten und dem Rundherum und kann dies nur Empfehlen. Weiter so!
Now that I have already purchased the 5th exhaust and various accessories from BSL (for me and partly for friends installed), I will now write one of my rare reviews.
And - YES - I had previously div. Other systems installed on different HD models (Sportys, M8, ..) and thus have a comparison.
To the quality: I can not complain. Processing is usually flawless, if there is a problem, it will be taken care of immediately.
For the design: finally no standard Slipon, but a real eye-catcher with which you can optically lift your bike from the crowd and upgrade and the whole with approval.
The sound: the Grinser remains - at least for me - the whole ride.
For advice: I visit occasionally like the shop for gasoline talks, not only because the employees and owners are authentic to the product, but because I have the feeling that for them the sale does not end when shipping the goods and thus also like for new Ideas or customizations are open.
Who comes with the expectation that one is served by suit carriers with a cup of tea, then should better go to his menswear;).
Conclusion: Personally, I am very satisfied with the products and all around and can only recommend this. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Rahmen eines Sporty-Bobber Projektes nach einer passenden Anlage gesucht und hier fündig geworden. Bestellprozess, Kommunikation und Lieferung sehr gut. Anlage einwandfrei, Sound einwandfrei, Optik einwandfrei. Bin rundum zufrieden. Ich würde mir noch Kreditkartenzahlung oder PayPal wünschen, aber das ist ja Jammern auf hohem Niveau :)
Looking for a suitable system as part of a Sporty-Bobber project and found it here. Order process, communication and delivery very good. System flawless, sound flawless, optics flawless. I am completely satisfied. I would still like credit card payment or PayPal, but that's complaining on a high level :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt nur eine Auspuffmarke für mich mit so hoher Qualität und perfekt zum Bike passender Optik und die nennt sich BSL Exhaust. Custom wird hier groß geschrieben. Beratung mit Wolfgang und Klaus liegt auf sehr hohen Level. Die Jungs sind einfach Vollprofis und haben immer ein Lösung parat. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Sture Stangenware sucht man hier vergebens. Made in Austria vom Rohmaterial bis zum fertigen Produkt. Danke euch beiden samt euren tollen Team.
There is only one exhaust brand for me with such high quality and a perfect look for the bike and that is called BSL Exhaust. Custom is very important here. Consulting with Wolfgang and Klaus is at a very high level. The guys are just full professionals and always have a solution ready. Requests are taken into account. You look for stubborn off-the-shelf goods here in vain. Made in Austria from the raw material to the finished product. Thank you both and your great team.

Bestellte Auspuffanlage passte aber nicht auf mein Modell, danach nur Kontakt per Mail möglich, telefonisch wurde man immer auf die Mails verwiesen. Kundenservice gleich Null, auf meine Fragen bzw Rücksendewünsche wurde gar nicht reagiert.
Materialqualität super, Kundenservice schlecht.
Everything in order from the order to the delivery.
Ordered exhaust system did not fit my model, after that only contact by email was possible, by phone you were always referred to the emails. Customer service equal to zero, there was no response to my questions or return requests.
Material quality great, customer service poor.
