Da es um meine erste Brille ging, ließ ich mich noch beraten, wobei meine Augen (trotz Verordnung eines Facharztes) nochmal überprüft wurden. Auch jede offene Frage wurde freundlich und ausführlich erklärt. Ich konnte mir in Ruhe ein Modell aussuchen, das wurde dann auch bestellt und war in kürzester Zeit da. Auch dann wurde der Sitz der Brille korrigiert und alles nochmal überprüft, aus servicetechnischer Sicht vorbildlichst! Gerade für diejenigen, die zum ersten Mal zum Optiker gehen, mehr als empfehlenswert! Great advice, a large selection of models and brands and a very pleasant atmosphere in the shop. Since it was about my first glasses, I asked for advice, and my eyes were checked again (despite a prescription from a specialist). Every open question was also explained in a friendly and detailed manner. I was free to choose a model, which was then ordered and was there in no time. Then, too, the fit of the glasses was corrected and everything checked again, exemplary from a service point of view! Especially for those who are going to the optician for the first time, more than recommended!
S	Sandra Barna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe -10 dpt auf beiden Augen und habe schon etliche Brillen hier bestellt, ich war immer zufrieden. Besonders positiv waren zwei Erlebnisse: Meine Kontaktlinsen wurden in der von mir angefragten Stärke bestellt, anstatt mir zu erklären dass ich weniger dpt bei Kontaktlinsen brauchen sollte, wie es mir mit anderen Optikern passiert ist. (Absolut witzlos, wenn ich die Tafel nicht sehe brauche ich keine Erklärung warum ich sie sehen "sollte", ich brauche ein Entgegenkommen meiner Wünsche.) Außerdem habe ich dieses Jahr bei meinen Dioptrien auf eine sehr große, runde Metallfassung bestanden - mir wurde davon abgeraten, und der Optiker hatte zu 100% Recht behalten. Ich habe es kein Jahr ausgehalten und wollte eine neue Brille. Ich musste nur eine kleinere Fassung aussuchen und bezahlen, dann wurden die Gläser umgeschliffen und 30min später war die Welt wieder in Ordnung. I have -10 dpt on both eyes and have already ordered a number of glasses here, I was always satisfied. Two experiences were particularly positive: My contact lenses were ordered in the strength I requested instead of explaining to me that I should need less dpt with contact lenses, as has happened to me with other opticians. (Absolutely pointless, if I don't see the board I don't need an explanation why I "should" see it, I need my wishes to be accommodated.) Also, this year I insisted on having a very large, round metal frame for my diopters - I was advised against it and the optician was 100% right. I couldn't last a year and wanted new glasses. I just had to choose a smaller frame and pay for it, then the lenses were resharpened and 30 minutes later the world was all right again.
s	silvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bester Optiker den ich kenn, super Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Ich hatte schon mehrmals Probleme mit der Anpassung einer Gleitsichtbrille. Die Brillen waren untragbar. Nicht so bei Brillenzeit! Ist jetzt schon meine zweite Gleitsichtbrille die auf Anhieb perfekt angepasst wurde und für den guten Service fahre ich gerne von Wiener Neustadt nach Eisenstadt. Dankeschön! Best optician I know, great service, very friendly and helpful! I have had problems fitting varifocals several times. The glasses were unbearable. Not so with glasses time! It's already my second varifocal glasses that have been perfectly adjusted straight away and I like to drive from Wiener Neustadt to Eisenstadt for the good service. Thanks very much!
