Prices are completely overpriced and the employees are not trained enough when it comes to advice. I'll buy my electronics elsewhere in the future. 1 comfort star.

Nette und freundliche Beratung ergänzt alles noch positiv!!! Unfortunately - thanks to creeping inflation - it has also become more expensive. BUT still the cheapest for varifocals. Nice and friendly advice complements everything positively !!!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Was a Hartlauer customer on Mariahilferstrasse for many years. Was always happy with my glasses. HOWEVER NOT HERE ????? If I could I would give 0 stars.

A	Alexander Cumura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manche Mitarbeiter wirken desinteressiert und haben keine ahnung von ihrem job den sie zu tun haben müssen sich über ihre eigenen Richtlinien in der Service line informieren. Bei vertags übernahmen oder generell vertägen einen großen bogen um diese filliale machen. Some employees seem disinterested and have no idea of the job they are dealing with, they have to inform themselves about their own guidelines in the service line. When making lobbies or generalizing, make a big bow to make that filliale.

Wütend raus weil sie nicht fähig waren die Brille richtig einzustellen, am Ende alles verbogen, verzogen. Die Filiale in Eisenstadt hat die Situation gerettet!! neue Fassung, super eingestellt. Nach paar Minuten bin ich glücklich raus gegangen, vielen Dank! I got my new optical sunglasses from the branch in the scs. Angry out because they were unable to adjust the glasses correctly, in the end everything bent, warped. The branch in Eisenstadt saved the situation !! new version, super adjusted. After a few minutes I went out happy, thank you very much!

M	Manuela Koos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss (noch dazu keine anderen Kunden anwesend) ist scheinbar ein Brillenkauf bei der reservierten blonden Dame in der Brillenabteilung nicht mehr erwünscht. Für eine Kontrolle der Dioptrien brauche man sowieso einen Termin. Brillenmodelle anprobieren und dabei kurz (max. 2 Sek.) die Maske runterziehen wurde auch recht unfreundlich untersagt (wie sonst sollte man bitte erkennen ob einem die Brille passt). Wir überlegen unser Brillenabo nun zu kündigen. One hour before the shop closes (and no other customers are there yet) it seems that buying glasses from the reserved blond lady in the glasses department is no longer desirable. You need an appointment to check your dioptres anyway. Trying on glasses and pulling down the mask for a short time (max. 2 seconds) was also forbidden quite unfriendly (how else should you be able to tell if the glasses fit you). We are now considering canceling our glasses subscription.
