Obwohl mein Pass erst in ein Paar Jahre abläuft, wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Pass schon abgelaufen ist und dann hat die Dame einfach aufgelegt. Sehr unfreundlich im gesamten Gespräch. Enttäuschend Unfortunately, the verification did not work. Even though my passport expires in a couple of years, I was told that my passport has already expired and then the lady just hung up. Very rude throughout the conversation. Disappointing
