B	Braniel Franiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mir aufgrund des Preisniveaus, aber vorallem auch wegen der für mich sehr ansprechenden Beschreibungen auf der Homepage etwas mehr Kreativität bei der Beratung erwartet. Als ich dem "Stylisten" mitteilte das ich nicht genau weiß welche Frisur ich denn gerne hätte, mir jedoch der Pflegeaufwand meiner derzeitigen zu schaffen macht, meinte der bloß das er es so wie es ist lassen würde, nur etwas kürzen bzw. in Form bringen. Sorry, aber diese "Beratung" bekomme ich bei jedem 10€ Türken um die Ecke auch, da brauch ich nicht solche Fantasie Preise zahlen. Ansonsten waren das Ambiente und der Schnitt tadellos, nur das wofür ich eigentlich hingegangen bin und bereit war einen Premium Preis zu zahlen, nämlich für eine Premium Beratung, bekam ich leider nicht geboten. Meine Verlobte hatte jedoch über Treatwell Strähnen bestellt, Preis war ok (75 für EUR sie; ich habe ohne Treatwell 45 EUR für meinen Herrenhaarschnitt bezahlt). Am Vortag wurde sie gefragt, ob sie Föhnen auch will, und sie hat Ja gesagt (in der Erwartung eines marktüblichen Preises). Beim Bezahlen haben wir dann festgestellt, dass 7 Minuten Föhnen 57 EUR gekostet haben. -.- Ich konnte den Preis weder auf Treatwell noch auf der Sevenp Webseite finden (wo er angeblich stehen sollte)... ich will keinen absichtlichen Nepp unterstellen, aber so fühlt es sich an. My fiancee and I were both up for cutting today. The performance was good in itself. However, my fiancée had ordered strands through Treatwell, price was ok (75 for EUR; I paid 45 EUR for my men's haircut without Treatwell). The day before, she was asked if she wanted to blow-dry, and she said yes (in anticipation of a market price). When paying, we found that 7 minutes of blow-drying cost 57 EUR. -.- I couldn't find the price on Treatwell or on the Sevenp website (where it was supposed to be) ... I don't want to assume deliberate ripoff, but that's how it feels.
S	Sandy St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Haare waren zwar nach dem Besuch schön, aber ich habe extra dreimal vorab nach dem Preis gefragt, mir wurde gesagt so um die 100€ geht sich bestimmt aus,( weil ich bereits einen Frisör hatte der recht teuer ist, )im Endeffekt selbe Leistung und bezahlt habe ich 150€ für Strähnen, Tönung und 2 Sekunden Spitzen schneiden. Ich habe mir die Haare sogar selbst geföhnt und der Chef meinte am Ende das ist bereits ein vergünstigter Preis da er den Schnitt gar nicht verrechnet hat also scheinbar bezahlt man im Normalfall noch mehr... die Haare waren zwar schön aber das ist es bei einem anderen Frisör auch und um ein Eck günstiger The hair was beautiful after the visit, but I asked the price three times in advance, I was told that around 100 € is going to work out (because I already had a hairdresser that was quite expensive), in the end the same performance and I paid 150 € for strands, tint and 2 seconds cutting tips. I even blow-dried my hair myself and in the end the boss said that this was already a discounted price because he didn't charge for the cut, so apparently you normally pay even more ... the hair was nice but that's it for one other hairdresser also and around a corner cheaper
