Ich trinke gerade ein Samichlaus Classic, wenn ich könnte, würde ich einen sechsten Stern vergeben. Bereits der Duft am Glas verspricht Besonderes. Mein Erwartung wurde aber übertroffen, so eine Viellfalt von Aromen haben mich überrascht und der Abgang hat den Eindruck bestätigt. Kompliment für so ein gutes Bier. The Eggenberger Dunkel is my favorite, the malty taste, followed by aromas of coffee and chocolate in the finish. This brewery is a pearl. I'm having a Santa Claus Classic right now, and if I could I would give it a sixth star. Even the fragrance on the glass promises something special. But my expectation was exceeded, such a variety of flavors surprised me and the finish confirmed the impression. Compliments for such a good beer.
