Der Chef kommt sehr oft persönlich zum Gespräch vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und sind auch fachlich sehr kompetent und flott. Die Qualität passt bei allem was sie machen. Preislich sind sie auch vorne dabei ohne dass die Qualität leidet. Auch bei Termintreue steht bei ihnen ganz oben auf der Liste. Sie sind pünktlich und verlassen die Baustelle stehts sauber. Neue Verbundfenster 4-fach verglast (von der Fa. Rekord-Fenster), eine Photovoltaik-Anlage von 10,5 KW (von der Fa. VOLK) und jetzt zum Abschluss unsere neue Fassade von der Fa. Brandstätter. Alle 3 Firmen die wir hier erwähnen, können wir nur weiterempfehlen sollten Sie einmal was für den Klimawandel tun wollen bzw. an eine thermische Sanierung Ihres Hauses denken! Jetzt zu unserer Bewertung explizit für die Fa. Brandstätter (Hr. Werkmeister Brandstätter), welchen wir auf einer Messe-Ausstellung (HAUS & GARTEN Wiener Neustadt 2019) kennenlernen durften! Da wir keine leichten Kunden sind, (meine Frau und ich) und Herr Brandstätter uns mit seinem fachkundigen Wissen bezüglich unserer Fassade überzeugen konnte, machten wir uns einen Termin vor Ort aus " Mirabellengasse 7, 2333 Leopoldsdorf bei Wien". Da wir in den letzten 2 Jahren bei unserem Vorhaben viele Fachfirmen gehabt haben, können wir mit absoluter Überzeugung sagen, das wir von der Fa. Brandstätter nur das Beste sagen können. Auch mein Bruder ist von der Fa. Brandstätter überzeugt und lässt im kommenden Jahr 2020 die Fassade neu machen und den Dachstuhl streichen! Unsere 5 Sterne Bewertung beinhaltet folgende Punkte: 1, Chef arbeitet beim ersten Tag mit und übergibt dann an den Vorarbeiter! 2, Fachliche Kompetenz der Facharbeiter (20-25 Jahre Fassaden-Personal), jeder weiß was er zu machen hat ohne großen Aufwand bzw. Stillstand des Teams! 3, Sauberkeit, Reinheit, Entsorgung der Materialien (nach ÖNORM), Kunde muss sich um nichts kümmern, alles wird abgeklebt bzw. abgedeckt. 4, Es wird auf Wünsche des Kunden eingegangen und bestmöglich umgesetzt! 5, Kostenvoranschlag ist bei Rechnungslegung identisch, keine automatische Preiserhöhung bzw. Zusatzkosten, sensationelle Einstellung von Hr. Werksmeister Brandstätter er steht zu seinem Wort! Bestpreisgarantie !! 6, Termintreue ist auch ein ganz große Plus bei der Fa. Brandstätter, es wird erst wieder eine neue Baustelle angefangen, wenn die Alte fertiggestellt wurde, somit keine Verzögerung der anderen Fachfirmen! 7, und letzter Punkt zu unserer Bewertung, der Chef kommt zum Kunden und erkundigt sich ob alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt wurde und wenn der Kunde das bestätigt, bekommt dieser dann die Abschlussrechnung! Wir sagen danke und werden in Zukunft mit gutem Gewissen diese Fa. Since we are not easy customers, (my wife and I) and Mr. Brandstätter could convince us with his expert knowledge regarding our façade, we made an appointment on the spot "Mirabellengasse 7, 2333 Leopoldsdorf bei Wien". Since we have had many specialist companies in our project in the last 2 years, we can say with absolute conviction that we can only say the best of the Brandstätter company. My brother, too, is convinced by the Brandstätter company and has the façade redecorated and the roof truss painted in 2020!
