Die Dame hinter dem Tresen ‚schleuderte‘ mir kommentarlos den EC-Terminal entgegen. Auf meinen Wunsch nach einem Päckchen Zigaretten war sie sprachlich und inhaltlich derart überfordert, dass ich mich direkt geschämt habe, dass ich es als Kunde gewagt habe, diesem Unternehmen Umsatz zu bescheren. Offensichtlich hat es der Pächter nicht nötig mit seinen Kunden freundlich umzugehen. Schade, aber ich werde demnächst woanders tanken!
