R	Robert Macalik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok umgebaut macht es was her, aber Personal und Kundenservice unterirdisch. Hatte Probleme mit den Luftgeräten die allesamt defekt sind. Was ich beim bezahlen auch gesagt habe. Das interessierte zuerst gar nicht und als ich nachgefasst habe kam nur das die immer funktionieren und man es sich irgendwann ansehen werde. Keine Lösung sofort und das ich mit 4 Reifen mit irgendeinem Luftdruck herumfahre ist ja nicht deren Problem. Da erwarte ich mir dann doch einen Lösungsvorschlag. Für den Service kann ich auch zur Billigtankstelle mit Selfservice. Einzig die blonde Dame ist dort freundlich aber die Herren geben einem das Gefühl man stört sie als Kunde. Mich sieht die Tankstelle nicht mehr so bald. Zum Glück gibt es viele Alternativen in der Gegend die zu meist auch günstiger sind. Ok, it makes a difference, but staff and customer service are underground. Had problems with the air devices which are all broken. What I also said when paying. At first, this did not interest me and when I came to grips with it, only the one that always works and you'll see it at some point. No solution immediately and driving around with 4 tires with any air pressure is not their problem. Since I expect then but a solution. For the service I can also to the cheap station with self-service. Only the blonde lady is friendly there but the gentlemen make you feel like you bother them as a customer. The gas station does not see me so soon. Luckily, there are many alternatives in the area that are usually cheaper too.
B	Birgit Strouhal-Aichinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War Anfangs begeistert, aber je öfter ich dorthinfahre desto mehr schlechtere Erfahrungen machete ich - werde nicht mehr dort tanken und einkaufen, wurde zum wiederholten Male unfreundlich behandelt! Würde mir einen anderen Job suchen wenn man keine Lust hat mit Menschen freundlich zu sprechen und grantig/miss mutig gelaunt ist. Das geht im Service Bereich garnicht - untragbar und unprofessionell!! Schade drum aber es gibt viele andere (BP) Tankstellen! At first I was thrilled, but the more I drove there the more bad experiences I made - will not refuel there and shop, was once again treated rude! I would look for another job if you do not feel like talking to people friendly and grumpy / miss is courageous. That is in the service area not at all - unsustainable and unprofessional !! Too bad but there are many other (BP) gas stations!
L	Leonie Hohensasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterin unglaublich unfreundlich (ältere Dame mit grauen Haaren) hat vor der Tankstelle geraucht und kam erst nach längerem Warten herein um ihren Kollegen zu unterstützen Hatte auch keine Maske auf als sie hinter der Plastikscheibe an der Kassa hervorkam bzw. im Geschäft herumgegangen ist Gutscheinkauf lt. ihrer Aussage nur gegen Barzahlung möglich, obwohl schon mehrmals in anderen Filialen gegen Kartenzahlung erhalten nie wieder! Employee incredibly unfriendly (older lady with gray hair) smoked in front of the gas station and only came in after a long wait to support her colleague Didn't have a mask on when she came out from behind the plastic window at the cash desk or walked around the shop According to their statement, vouchers can only be purchased against cash, although they have already been received several times in other branches against payment by card never again!
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das mit Abstand unfreundlichste Tankstellenpersonal dass ich je gesehen habe. Ich dachte sowas gibt es nur in schlechten Filmen. Aufgrund des Wohnortes war ich schon oft da - es ist also keine einmalige Ausnahme, jetzt reicht es und ich nehme gerne einen Umweg in Kauf. Jedes mal dasselbe. Man wird angeschnaunzt, man merkt wie unwillkommen man als Kunde ist, wenn der Mitarbeiter gerade mit seinem Spezi im Eck plaudert, muss man als Kunde schon mal Bitten um bezahlen zu dürfen. Service ist gleich null. Fast jedes mal ein Streit weil irgendwas nicht passt, selbst bei den simpelsten Dingen wird auf den "Chef" verwiesen bevor man selbst vielleicht einen Handgriff tut. Die Öffnungszeiten sind Maximalwerte. Um 21:50 wurde mir schon mal schnell das Licht bei dem einbiegen in die Tankstelle abgedreht, Fensterwaschbürste und Pressluft sind nur bei +20 Grad im Angebot und die Waschstraße wird generell vor 21:00 geschlossen. (kein Witz) - nicht dass in der letzten Stunde! noch wer waschen kommt und man dann noch reinigen müsste. Schade um den guten Standort. By far the rudest gas station staff I've ever seen. I thought that only existed in bad films. Because of my place of residence, I've been there many times - so it's not a one-off exception, now it's enough and I'm happy to take a detour. Every time the same. You get snapped at, you notice how unwelcome you are as a customer, when the employee is chatting with his specialist in the corner, you as a customer have to ask to be allowed to pay. Service is zero. Almost every time there is a dispute because something does not fit, even with the simplest things, the "boss" is referred to before you even do something yourself. The opening times are maximum values. At 9:50 p.m. I was quickly turned off the light when turning into the gas station, window washing brushes and compressed air are only available at +20 degrees and the car wash is generally closed before 9:00 p.m. (no joke) - not that in the last hour! nor who comes to wash and then you still have to clean. It's a shame about the good location.
B	Birgit Meister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider einen sehr unfreundlichen, jüngeren Mitarbeiter erwischt - glaube nicht, dass ich dort nochmals etwas in Anspruch nehmen werde ... kenne die Tankstelle von früher, da waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit - das hat sich leider geändert unfortunately caught a very unfriendly, younger employee - do not think that I will use anything there again ... I know the gas station from before, everyone was very nice and helpful - unfortunately that has changed

Sauerei A few days earlier!! A rude old man! As a regular customer who has shopped there every week, I will never enter this gas station again !! mess

Hier fühle ich mich als Kunde wohl! Ne Spaß bei Seite.. Ich wollte mir selbst mal ein Bild vor Ort machen, da eine Bekannte von mir in dieser tollen Gegend wohnt und immer zu mir meint, dass das Personal einfach total unseriös sei. DIES kann ich nach mehreren Besuchen nun 100%ig bestätigen. Zudem bestätigen das auch die zahlreichen Rezensionen. Wird nun endlich Zeit, dass hier mal freundliches & motiviertes Personal eingestellt wird. PS: Bitte direkt das dem Servicecenter weiterleiten. Herzlichen Dank! A total highlight every time I refuel / shop here. You will be welcomed by motivated and super friendly staff. As a customer, I feel at home here! Have fun on the side .. I wanted to get a picture for myself on site, because a friend of mine lives in this great area and always says to me that the staff is simply totally dubious. I can now confirm THIS 100% after several visits. This is also confirmed by the numerous reviews. It is finally time that friendly and motivated staff was hired here.
