One of the few top shops in the city center of Klagenfurt, which is well worth seeing - pedestrian zone between Lindwurm and Alter Platz. Very friendly and competent service. Lots of choice on 2 floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die blonde Dame in der Damenabteilung war sehr nett und bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich bedient. Andererseits war die schwarzhaarige Dame in der Herrenabteilung etwas ungut und verurteilend.
The blonde lady in the women's department was very nice and made an effort and served us very friendly. On the other hand, the black-haired lady in the men's department was a bit rude and judgmental.

Once again...I waited a full year to return to Klagenfurt to return to the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It felt like it was just yesterday, they did not miss a beat. Sonja and her All-Star Staff had taken it another level higher. I observed how well they treated every customer, regardless of what they purchased or even if they decided not to purchase, their so attentive and have extraordinary style and fashion knowledge, it just amazes me. They take pride in Hugo Boss and what they stand for.
It’s so nice and pleasing, they create such a welcoming environment and atmosphere, their smiles are radiant and the conversations are so hospitable.
I tried to venture out throughout the year to see if anyone can match their customer service and once again, their the Top Queen’s. I will definitely come shop there every chance I get because they earned my respect by far...maybe even tomorrow before I depart. Please, continue delivering that customer service, I love it! Thank you again ladies, all the way from Wiesbaden, Germany.
