Obwohl wir spontan ohne Voranmeldung kurz vor Feierabend vorbeigefahren sind, hat sich sofort ein Mechaniker das angeschaut und über eine Stunde dran gebastelt. Leider konnte das Problem nicht sofort behoben werden, wir durften aber am nächsten Werktag gleich morgens vorbei kommen und es wurde weiter repariert. Volle Punktzahl für Service, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft.
We were in transit and had a problem with the spotlight. Although we spontaneously passed by shortly before closing time without an appointment, a mechanic immediately looked at it and tinkered with it for over an hour. Unfortunately, the problem could not be solved immediately, but we were allowed to come in the morning the next working day and it was repaired further. Full score for service, friendliness and helpfulness.
