Die Leute kennen sich in ihren Fachgebieten prima aus und das Buffet war auch toll. Visited Bosch as part of the open house and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Man darf sich für einen Servicetermin mind. einen halbenTag freinehmen, weil einen "Anwesenheit" von mindestens 4 Stunden gefordert wird vom Kunden. Ein Telefonat vom Buderus Servicetechniker den Terminzeit näher zu spezifizieren ist angeblich nicht drin - trotz saftiger Preise. Dafür muss man hervorheben, dass die Servicetechniker äußerst professionell und bemüht sind, Service Organization where the customer comes last. G	Gernot Dessovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen Termin für ein Thermenservice. Dafür müsste man sich 5 Stunden Zeit nehmen, da der Termin nicht weiter eingegrenzt werden kann. Der Termin wurde daraufhin nicht von mir bestellt. Die Fa Bosch hat den Termin dann trotzdem eingetragen und hat sich also während meine minderjährigen Kinder alleine zuhause waren illegal zutritt zu meiner Wohnung verschafft. Nachdem ich sie telephonisch Gott sei Dank wieder hinauswerfen konnte haben sie mir eine Rechnung über €166,- gesendet. Die Therme war leider schon zerlegt gewesen und hat nachher schlechter funktioniert als vorher. Eigentlich unglaublich - aber wahr. I wanted an appointment for a spa service. The Bosch company then registered the appointment anyway and so, while my minor children were alone at home, they illegally gained access to my apartment. Nachdem man sein Anliegen sagt, flugs hast du eine Verbindung zu Bosch Deutschland. Aber Hallo. Zweiter Anruf bei Hotline mit dem Vermerk du wolltest mit einer Niederlassung in Ö. sprechen, unfreundlich und wieder einmal auf der Warteschleife bis sich das Besetztzeichen aktiviert. Nachtrag: Es gibt nicht nur die Firma Bosch If you call the Vienna phone number because you want information about a repair, you will be connected to a hotline.
