T	Thomas Mandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte damals eine Wohnungsbesichtigung mit einem Makler der ungenau die Mängel aufgezeichnet hat und es waren Mängel da die mir nicht aufgefallen sind da ich die Wohnung nicht in Neuzustand bezogen habe. Beim Auszug wurden mir die Mängel alle zu vollem Preis berechnet. Auch hab ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nie eine Auflistung oder Kostenaufstellung der bezahlten Mängel bekommen. Zusätzlich hab ich nie den versprochenen 3. Wohnungsschlüssel bekommen trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. Man hat einfach das Gefühl das man vor Vertrag wie ein Kunde behandelt wird und danach sehr stark verarscht wird. Zusatz auf die Antwort: Es stimmt das ich damals aufgrund eines Unfalles und den verbundenen Kosten nicht zahlungsfähig war, doch die Tatsache das die Besichtigungen nicht ordentlich abgelaufen sind, der Makler nicht erreichbar war (weil dieser danach nicht mehr bei Ihnen beschäftigt war) und auch sonst niemand mir weitere Auskünfte geben konnte, wurde gar nicht vor Gericht angesprochen geschweige denn verhandelt. Es wurden mir zusätzliche Kosten aufgedrückt die ich nicht mal verursacht habe.
