C	Christoph Krahwinkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben 2 Boote reserviert, bei Ankunft (nach einer Stunde Anreise) war kein Boot vor Ort, da einfach an andere Kunden vermietet. Danach keinerlei Lösungsorientierung. Als wir ankündigt haben, diesen Umgang schlecht zu bewerten, wurden wir des Stegs verwiesen. Motto: Kundenorientierung - was ist das? Not recommendable. We have reserved 2 boats, on arrival (after an hour's journey) there was no boat on site, as it was simply rented to other customers. After that no solution orientation. When we announced that we would rate this deal badly, we were expelled from the jetty. Motto: Customer orientation - what is that?
M	Matthias Scherfler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Lager Anfahrt war er nicht mal anwesend! Beim Telefonat hat er gemeint das Wetter ist nicht schön jetzt ist er nicht da! Keine Lösungsvorschläge oder sonst was ist gekommen, war im alles egal. Also die reise nach Gmunden war umsonst! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!! After camp arrival he was not even present! During the phone call he meant the weather is not nice now he is not there! No solution or anything else has come, it did not matter. So the trip to Gmunden was free! Not recommendable!!!!

Gebucht über Jollydays inkl Frühstückskorb von der Konditorei Baumgartner und 2h Elektrobootsfahrt. Mein Wünsch auf vegetarisch wurde einwandfrei erfüllt und der Picknickkorb war reichlich und lecker gefüllt ..auch für uns ''Vielesser'' ;) Würde es auf alle Fälle nochmal machen und allen Frühstücksliebhabern weiterempfehlen!! TOP! PS: super Geschenk für frisch Verliebte ;) If you are looking for an unusual gift or company, this is the right place for you! We treated ourselves to a boat breakfast today. Booked via Jollydays including breakfast basket from the Baumgartner confectionery and 2h electric boat trip. My wish for vegetarian was fulfilled perfectly and the picnic basket was richly and deliciously filled .. also for us `` frequent eaters '';) Would definitely do it again and recommend it to all breakfast lovers !! TOP! PS: great gift for those who have just fallen in love;)

D	Denise Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was uns gestern bei dieser Bootsvermietung passiert ist, war an Unverschämtheit nicht zu überbieten! Wir kamen gegen 17.45 zum Bootssteg (Öffnungszeiten ausgewiesen bis 19:00), sind natürlich hierfür extra nach Gmunden gefahren. Auf unsere Bitte hin, ein Elektroboot auszuleihen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass heute keine Vermietung mehr stattfindet, weil sie heute ausnahmsweise Mal früher zusperren, sonst hätten sie eh jeden Tag bis 19:00 offen, nur heute halt nicht. Daraufhin habe ich gefragt, ob es sich um einen Scherz handle, dass man extra hierher kommt und dann weggeschickt wird. Eine andere Familie kam extra aus Linz und stand dann vor verschlossener Türe. Mein Mann meinte dann zu dem Mitarbeiter im Häuschen, dass er das nicht in Ordnung findet, unser Sohn ist furchtbar enttäuscht , weil er sich den ganzen Tag schon gefreut hat und stand weinend auf der Esplanade, woraufhin der Mitarbeiter im Häuschen meinen Mann frech ausgelacht hat. Wofür gibt es Öffnungszeiten, wenn dann bei Schönwetter grundlos früher zugesperrt wird? Erklärungen wie "das ist halt heute so, wir müssen heute früher weg" bringen halt in so einer Situation nicht viel. Absolut frech und dreistes Benehmen! Offenbar hat man zahlende Kundschaft nicht nötig. Wir sind dann zur Bootsvermietung Loidl nach Traunkirchen gefahren, die uns telefonisch ein Boot versprochen und dann auch hergerichtet haben und wir durften noch fahren so lange wir möchten. The cheekiness of what happened to us yesterday at this boat rental couldn't be beaten! We came to the landing stage at around 5.45 p.m. (opening times stated until 7 p.m.), of course we went to Gmunden for this purpose. At our request to rent an electric boat, we were informed that there are no longer any rentals today, because they will lock up earlier today, otherwise they would be open until 19:00 every day, just not today. Then I asked if it was a joke that you came here specially and then sent away. Another family came specially from Linz and then stood in front of a locked door. My husband then said to the employee in the cottage that he didn't think it was okay, our son was terribly disappointed because he had been looking forward to the whole day and was crying on the esplanade, whereupon the employee in the cottage laughed cheekily at my husband . What are the opening times for if the doors are closed earlier for good weather? Explanations like "that's the way it is today, we have to go earlier today" doesn't work much in such a situation. Absolutely cheeky and brazen behavior! Apparently you don't need paying customers. We then drove to the boat rental Loidl in Traunkirchen, who promised us a boat by phone and then prepared it and we were allowed to drive as long as we wanted.
