★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei Boote Riedl ein Boot 2015 gekauft mit 1 Jahr Garantie, ein Wasserdrucksensor hatte den Geist aufgegeben, Boote Riedl aus Kroatien Kontaktiert, hatte mir eine Werkstatt empfholen, ich Vorauskasse, nach dem Urlaub Rechnung weitergeleitet an boote Riedl. 1 Tag Später war das geld auf meinen Konto, hatte alle Vereinbarungen eingehalten und gerne wieder 5 Sterne von 5 !
I bought a boat 2015 from Riedl with 1 year warranty, a water pressure sensor had given up the ghost, contacted Riedl from Croatia, I had a workshop recommending, I prepayment, after the holiday bill forwarded to boats Riedl. 1 day later the money was in my account, had complied with all agreements and gladly again 5 stars out of 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 Gründe warum mann bei der Fa. Riedl kein Boot kaufen sollte.
Ich hoffe damit allen zu helfen zu können die die selbe Erfahrung nicht machen wollen.
1. Papiere für die Fahrgenehmigung falsch bzw unvollständig
2. Hr. Riedl weiss nicht dass das Meereswasser salzig ist und dass man Zinkanoden braucht ( Selbst Nachgerüstet)
3. Das erste Service sollte nach ein paar Fahrstunden beim Motor gemacht werden und nicht nach einem Jahr wie vom Hrn. Riedl erklärt.
4. Mann muss ein Test am Wasser machen ob der Propeller zum Motor passt sonst gilt die Garantie nicht.
5. Alles was von der Fa. Riedl nachgerüstet war funktioniert nicht oder ist unvollstaädig. Ankerkettenzähler, GPS system......
6. Reklamierte Mängel bis heute nicht behoben
7. Der Hr. Riedl weiss nicht das man in der EU zwei Jahre Garantie hat.
Behauptet das eine kaputte Batterie 12 Monate Garantie hat.
Bis heute nicht ausgetauscht.
8. Herablassende Art über Kroaten wo er eigentlich seine Fa. hat.
9. Kundenorientierung und support nicht vorhanden
10. Könnte noch weiter schreiben aber ich hoffe das reicht.....
10 reasons why you shouldn't buy a boat from Riedl.
I hope to be able to help everyone who does not want to have the same experience.
1. Wrong or incomplete papers for the driving permit
2. Mr. Riedl does not know that the sea water is salty and that zinc anodes are needed (upgraded by yourself)
3. The first service should be done after a few hours of driving with the engine and not after a year as explained by Mr. Riedl.
4. You have to do a test on the water to see if the propeller fits the engine, otherwise the guarantee does not apply.
5. Everything that was retrofitted by Riedl does not work or is incomplete. Anchor chain counter, GPS system ......
6. Defects complained about have not been remedied to this day
7. The Mr. Riedl doesn't know that the EU has a two-year guarantee.
Claims that a broken battery has a 12 month warranty.
Not exchanged until today.
8. Condescending manner about Croatians where he actually has his company.
9. Customer orientation and support not available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten uns damals Bootstechnisch vergrößern und kamen auf die Firma Riedl. Nahmen Kontakt auf und wollte unser altes Boot in Zahlung geben.
Dies hat hervorragend geklappt. Der Service und der Kontakt zu Alexander Riedl war hervorragend und der technische Teil war ebenfalls sehr sehr gut, vor allem Danijel hat uns hervorragend informiert und aufgeklärt, was nicht bei allen Firmen der Fall ist.
Die Galeon 530 hatte bei uns am Anfang kleine Mängel, doch alle Probleme wurden sofort mit Partnerfirmen aus unserer Region (Sibenik) in Verbindung mit Riedl behoben.
Würden auf jeden Fall unser nächst größeres Boot sofort wieder bei Riedl kaufen.

At that time we wanted to expand our boat technology and came across the Riedl company. Contacted and wanted to trade in our old boat.
This worked perfectly. The service and contact with Alexander Riedl was excellent and the technical part was also very good, especially Danijel gave us excellent information and clarification, which is not the case with all companies.
The Galeon 530 initially had small defects, but all problems were immediately resolved with partner companies from our region (Sibenik) in conjunction with Riedl.
We would definitely buy our next larger boat from Riedl again immediately.
