★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochota a arogance řešit reklamaci ubytování kdy jsme dostali jine pokoje než byli objednány a zaplatili mistni popletek za vice lidí než nás skutečně bylo. Do kanceláře jsme museli na několikrát, místo toho aby jsme si užívali dovolenou.
 Reluctance and arrogance to deal with lodging complaints when we were given other rooms than they were ordered and paid local disguise for more people than we really were. We had to go to the office several times, instead of taking a vacation.
