★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mehrere Geräte in verschiedenen Abständen ausgeborgt. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Mein Ansprechpartner Herr Ali was immer sehr bemüht, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Auch was Ausleihdauer und Preis angeht ist man mir stets entgegengekommen. Selten habe ich so gute Erfahrung gemacht wie hier. Hochachtung!
 Borrowed several devices at different intervals. Everything worked fine. My contact person, Mr. Ali, always tried hard, friendly and extremely helpful. I was always accommodated in terms of loan duration and price. I have seldom had such a good experience as here. Respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder! Habe mir einen Sodenschneider ausgeborgt, der nicht die gewünschte Leistung erbracht hat. Wir mussten große Teile der Fläche per Hand bearbeiten. Bei Rückgabe absolut kein Entgegenkommen. Ausreden der Boden war zu feucht!? Leider entsprechend auch kein Fachwissen vorhanden.
Never again! Borrowed a sod cutter that didn't do the job I wanted. We had to work on large parts of the area by hand. Absolutely no accommodating when returning. Excuses the ground was too damp !? Unfortunately, there is no specialist knowledge available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider haben Abmachungen mit Firmen keinen Wert, werden wahllos einfach geändert. Wartezeiten teilweise über 1 Stunde, 2 von 5 Maschinen die man ausborgt funktionieren nicht.
Edit: ich korrigiere von 2 auf 3 Sterne da mich der Chef persönlich angerufen hat. Er hat die Filiale vor 6 Monaten übernommen und scheint wirklich willig das System zu verbessern. Mich haben sie als Firmenkunden zwar verloren aber der neue Chef wirkt bemüht das Unternehmen für die Zukunft zu verbessern. Dafür Lob
Unfortunately, agreements with companies have no value, are simply changed at random. Waiting times sometimes over 1 hour, 2 out of 5 machines that you borrow do not work.
Edit: I correct from 2 to 3 stars because the boss called me personally. He took over the branch 6 months ago and seems really willing to improve the system. They lost me as a corporate customer, but the new boss is trying hard to improve the company for the future. For that praise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy hidden costs!!! Rented a 64€ stemmhammer. Final bill 97€!! The drill was not included? How are you supposed to do anything without the drill inside? And extra cost because it was heavy and no one helped me put it in my car! Scandalous. Never again.
