G	Gerald Schwarzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainer bemüht aber kein vergleich zu professionellen Studios, spulen eher ihr Programm ab, ohne wirklich auf korrekte Ausführung der Übungen zu achten. Hygiene in den Duschen und warmes Wasser zum Duschen ist eher Mangelware. Leihwäsche manchmal feucht. Wenn man zu zweit trainiert wird dann schon einmal gerne der 2.Trainer eingespart. Allerdings ohne Kostenausgleich. Einfach Hände weg davon. Coach does not try to compare it to professional studios, but rather spins off their program, without really paying attention to correct execution of the exercises. Hygiene in the showers and hot water for showering is rather in short supply. Linen sometimes damp. If you train for two is then like the second trainer saved. However, without cost compensation. Just keep your hands off it.
M	Michael Hergenich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute das 1. Und letzte Mal dort. Es wird groß mit einem GRATIS Training gelockt und dann kurz vor verlassen des Studios doch 20 Euro verrechnet. Es wurde kein einziges Mal darauf hingewiesen und im letzten Moment kassiert. Da geht es nicht um 20 Euro ,sonder die hinterfotzige Art und Weise.Man fühlt sich sehr uncharmant über den Tisch gezogen. Kann jedem nur abraten. Today was the 1st and last time there. It is enticed with a FREE training and then shortly before leaving the studio, 20 euros are charged. It was never pointed out and cashed at the last moment. It's not about 20 euros, but the sneaky way. You feel very charmingly ripped off. Can only advise against.
L	Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin wirklich verwundert über was hier manch so einer schreibt, dass ich nun selbst eine Bewertung abgeben muss. Ich mache nun schon eine Zeit lang EMS und habe bereits diverseste Anbieter besucht, ich kann mich noch erinnern als das Ganze noch recht neu am Markt war, da hatte ich pro Einheit 50€ gezahlt. Von Bekannten hörte ich sogar dass sie noch mehr bezahlt hatten. Und da finde ich es einfach unerhört dass manche meinen wollen, so ein hoch Effektives & Qualitatives Personal training gratis zu beanspruchen. Ist ja nicht so wie in einem normalem Fitness Studio wo man einfach ohne Persönliche Betreuung dahin vegetiert. Weiteres steht sehr wohl bei der Werbung dabei dass das ProbeTraining für 19,90 ist, ich sehe diese selber ja laufend. Scheinbar können manche Damen&Herren einfach nicht lesen. Ich würde mich genieren nach so einem Probetraining raus zu spazieren ohne einen Cent dafür bezahlt zu haben… Das Team hat mir da schon so einiges erzählt und ich muss sie da einfach verteidigen, denn sie machen einen wirklich guten Job. Man fühlt sich richtig aufgehoben und selbst sind sie immer steht’s um einen bemüht. Bezüglich der Hygiene möchte ich noch anmerken dass dieses Studio sauberer ist als so mancher Krankenanstalten. Mein Fazit: Was nichts kostet ist nichts Wert und wie man in den Wald schreit, so schallt es wieder heraus. Liebe und beste Grüße ans liebe Team Leo W. I am really amazed about what some people write here that I now have to give a rating myself. I have been doing EMS for a while and have already visited various providers, I can still remember when the whole thing was still quite new on the market, when I paid 50 € per unit. I even heard from acquaintances that they had paid even more. And I find it simply unheard of that some people want to claim such highly effective & high quality personal training for free. It's not like in a normal fitness studio where you simply vegetate there without personal support. The advertisement also says that the trial training is for 19.90, I see this myself all the time. It seems that some women and men simply cannot read. I would be embarrassed to walk out after such a trial session without paying a cent for it ... The team has already told me a lot and I just have to defend them because they do a really good job. You feel that you are in good hands and they always try to help you. Regarding hygiene, I would like to say that this studio is cleaner than some hospitals. My conclusion: What doesn't cost anything is worth nothing and as one screams into the forest, it echoes out again. Love and best regards to the dear team Leo W.

Während des ersten Lockdowns wurden die Mitgliederbeiträge weiterhin abgebucht und zusätzlich nach dem letzten Lockdown ohne vorherige Absprache oder Information 5 Trainingseinheiten auf einmal abgebucht. Diesbezüglich und auch zwecks Vertragskündigung meinerseits habe ich im Juni versucht mit dem Geschäftsführer Herrn Michael Neumann per Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider wurde ich viele Wochen lang, trotz mehrmaliger E-Mail Anfragen ignoriert (obwohl mir beim Nachfragen vor Ort die lieben Trainer den Erhalt meiner Mails jeweils bestätigt hatten), bis ich ein postalisches Einschreiben geschickt habe. Daraufhin kam die erste und bisher einzige Reaktion seitens Herrn Neumann, der auf die Kündigung bis heute (Oktober) nicht einging und bezüglich Rückbuchung der Trainingskosten eine sehr unlogische Aufzählung mit Daten geschickt und einen viel geringeren Betrag zurückerstattet hat. Alle weiteren Versuche das zu klären wurden wieder ignoriert. Ich habe dann ein zweites Einschreiben im September geschickt, welches gut 2 Wochen später mit "nicht behoben" retour kam. Wow, ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben einen respektloseren Umgang mit Kunden erlebt. Fazit: das Training ist gut, aber wer kündigen möchte oder Probleme mit den Abbuchungen hat, hat verloren! Beware of this studio! During the first lockdown, the membership fees were still debited and, after the last lockdown, 5 training units were debited at once without prior consultation or information. In this regard and also for the purpose of terminating the contract on my part, I tried to contact the managing director Mr. Michael Neumann by email in June. Unfortunately, I was ignored for many weeks, despite repeated e-mail inquiries (although the dear trainers had confirmed the receipt of my e-mails when I asked) until I sent a registered mail. Thereupon came the first and so far only reaction from Mr. Neumann, who did not respond to the termination until today (October) and sent a very illogical list with data regarding the chargeback of the training costs and reimbursed a much smaller amount. All further attempts to clarify this were again ignored. I then sent a second registered letter in September, which was returned a good two weeks later with "not resolved". Wow, I've never seen clients be more disrespectful in my life. Conclusion: the training is good, but if you want to cancel or have problems with debiting, you have lost!
