 Nice first contact, unfortunately the result does not correspond to our request (1st change) and will not be improved except for cash ?! I can only say brazenly.

Es wird auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen und gemeinsam am Design gearbeitet.
Neue Ideen und Konzepte werden vorgeschlagen und andere Blickwinckel aufgezeigt. Es wird aber nichts aufgedrängt und bei kleinen Änderungswünschen gab es keine Aufzahlung.
Mir war es wichtig, dass meine genaue Vorstellung des Designs auf Papier gebracht wird und trotzdem nicht auf wichtige Marketing Merkmale zu vergessen.
Ich fühlte mich gut beraten und auch gut aufgehoben.
Ihr seid ein tolles Team.
The cooperation was or is really great.
We respond to customer requests and work together on the design.
New ideas and concepts are suggested and other perspectives are shown. However, nothing is imposed and there was no additional payment for small change requests.
It was important to me that my exact idea of the design was put on paper and still not to forget important marketing features.
I felt well advised and also in good hands.
