R	Rubbelkaiser Original on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 99%wenn ich am kundenparkplatz dort war ging ich dort einkaufen, heute wollte ich nicht unbedingt dort einkaufen geb ich ja zu, aber dennoch wenn ich nicht einmal 3 Minuten dort stehe, weil ich 2 Briefe aufgeben wollte, was in übrigen nicht mal als Parken zählt, und von einen Reinsberger Bus eingeparkt werde der die Ausfahrt blockiert, und zahlreiche andere Autos davor, versteh ich den Geschäft sinn dahinter nicht, wenn ich 10 Minuten dort Parke OK, aber 3 Minuten,, ich mein dort hab ich schon für 300€ eingekauft und Packet aufgegeben, so wie es aussieht schießt er bald, da gönn ich ihn die letzten 20€,und die 1,50fürs hundefutter mehr war nicht mehr übrig dannach, na ja das wars für mich auch, viel Glück im weiteren Leben, der Laden macht ja bald zu, 1 Kunde Weniger.PS wenn du den Kundenparkplatz frei halten willst besorgt die ein parkticket Automaten vor dem Laden, so werden es nie mehr Kunden und Einnahmen 99%when I was there at the customer parking lot I went shopping there, today I don't really want to shop there I'll admit, but still if I don't even stand there for 3 minutes because I wanted to post 2 letters, which by the way isn't even considered parking counts, and a Reinsberger bus is parked that blocks the exit, and numerous other cars in front of it, I don't understand the business behind it, if I park there for 10 minutes, OK, but 3 minutes, I mean there I already have it for 300 € bought and handed in the package, it looks like he'll shoot soon, so I'll treat him to the last 20 €, and the 1.50 for the dog food more wasn't left after that, well that's it for me too, good luck in the future, he Shop will close soon, 1 customer less. Leider werden die vorhandenen Parkplätze oft für die schnellen Erledigungen der benachbarten Post missbraucht, so daß mann als wirklich zahlende Geschäftskundschaft keinen Parkplatz vor der Tür bekommt!! Habe ich auch leider schon oft miterlebt!! Abschleppen oder Strafzettel drauf.....dann wird da auch mal Ruhe sein? Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal mit kompetenter Beratung und sehr großer Auswahl an Angelsport, Terra- und Aquaristik!! 5Sterne+ Great shop with top selection! Unfortunately, the existing parking spaces are often misused for the quick errands of the neighboring post office, so that as a really paying business customer you don't get a parking space in front of the door! Unfortunately I have seen it many times !! Towing or parking ticket on it ..... then there will be some peace and quiet Otherwise very friendly staff with competent advice and a very large selection of fishing, terra and aquaristics !! 5star +
T	Tanja Uhl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin zuvor zur Post gegangen damit ich mein Auto leer bekomme, um anschließend in diesem Geschäft einkaufen zu können und Platz für die eventuelle neu erworbene Ware zu schaffen. Doch leider kam es soweit gar nicht. Als ich wieder bei meinem Auto vorbei ging, um in DIESES Geschäft zu gehen, hing bereits ein Erlagschein von dieser Firma auf meiner Autoscheibe. Ich nahm ihn ab und ging dann damit hinein und fragte die erste Person die ich sah ob er ihn mir auf die Scheibe klemmte. Nicht nur das diese Person sichtlich verärgert war, steckte er mich in eine "Schublade". Er erwähnte Formulierungen wie "Ihr seit alle die gleichen!" (Ich sah keine andere Kundschaft zu diesem Zeitpunkt) und unterstellte mir keine Absicht gehabt zu haben, in dieses Geschäft zu gehen. Ich war schockiert von dieser Behandlung und hatte dann tatsächlich keine Absicht mehr in diesem Firma einzukaufen und werde es auch künftig nicht mehr. I went to the post office beforehand so that I could get my car empty so that I could then go shopping in this shop and make room for any newly purchased goods. But unfortunately it didn't come to that. When I passed my car again to go to THIS store, a payment slip from this company was already on my car window. I took it off and then went in with it and asked the first person I saw if he stuck it on my window. Not only was this person visibly upset, he put me in a "drawer". He mentioned phrases like "You are all the same!" (I didn't see any other clientele at the time) and assumed I had no intention of going into this shop. I was shocked by this treatment and then actually had no more intention of shopping at this company and will not do so in the future.
N	Noelle Kobau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu 100% nur auf Geld fixiert und nicht auf das Tierwohl. Die Fische wurden in einem schwarzen Kübel verkauft, anscheinend ohne Kontrolle da von 20 Tieren 5 eindeutig deformiert waren und anscheinend auch krank. Es wurden uns 20 grüne Kugelfische für ein 350 Liter Becken empfohlen, nach weiterer Recherche haben wir gemerkt das nicht nur das ein Fehler bei der Beratung war, sondern auch statt richtiges Salz für Brackwasser haben wir Mineralsalz empfohlen bekommen. Haben uns zwar gemeldet aber es wurde immer verharmlost. Haben uns dann an Experten gewandt und schnell gemerkt das die Beratung vom Freithofer keinerlei Hand und Fuß hatte. Natürlich haben wir uns zuerst im Internet schlau gemacht aber schnell gemerkt das dies keine genaue Quelle ist, daher vertrauten wir natürlich auf das Wort des Besitzers. Nicht nur das die Beratung falsch war, sondern wurden auch noch richtig schlecht behandelt, als der Chef merkte das wir die DEKO wo anders kaufen wollten ( Grund, wenig Auswahl).Das erste und das letzte Mal das dieses Geschäft uns gesehen hat. 100% fixated only on money and not on animal welfare. The fish were sold in a black bucket, apparently without control, since 5 of 20 animals were clearly deformed and apparently also sick. We were recommended 20 green puffer fish for a 350 liter tank, after further research we noticed that not only was this a mistake in the advice given, but instead of real salt for brackish water, we were recommended mineral salt. We reported it, but it was always played down. We then turned to experts and quickly realized that the advice from Freithofer was completely useless. Of course we did some research on the Internet first, but quickly realized that this is not an accurate source, so of course we trusted the owner's word. Not only was the advice wrong, but we were also treated really badly when the boss noticed that we wanted to buy the DEKO somewhere else (reason, little choice). The first and last time this shop saw us.

Die Tiere kommen ohne Verlust, super verpackt bei mir an! Daumen hoch! The online shop is highly recommended! I regularly buy the food for my geckos there and the quality is great!
