Wir haben die Firma Böchzelt als Hausverwaltung in der Terrassensiedlung und ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Die Damen in der Verwaltung sind sehr freundlich und helfen schnell und unbürokratisch weiter, nur mit einer Dame gibt es aufgrund von limitiertem Deutsch Verständigungsprobleme.
Auch der Chef Herr Milchberger und sein Handwerker Team waren immer freundlich, sehr schnell da nach Anruf und haben alle Probleme schnell und professionell behoben vom Wespennest unter der Fensterbank bis zum zeitgemäßen Umbau des Sicherungskastens.
Gegenüber dem Vorgänger Wohnbau2000 eine 300%ige Steigerung
Personally, I cannot understand the negative comments and ratings.
We have the Böchzelt company as the property manager in the terrace settlement and I can't say anything negative. The ladies in the administration are very friendly and help quickly and unbureaucratically, there are only communication problems with one lady due to limited German.
The boss, Mr Milchberger, and his team of craftsmen were always friendly, very quickly there after a call and quickly and professionally resolved all problems, from the wasp's nest under the windowsill to the modern renovation of the fuse box.

Man wird sofort diskriminiert wenn man einen Namen falsch ausspricht oder nicht gut deutsch kann.
I have rarely experienced such an unfriendly and racist company!!!
You are immediately discriminated against if you mispronounce a name or don't speak German well.
