Schon bei der Vorstellung der Wohnung konnten alle Fragen vor Ort geklärt werden und als wir Fragen hatten hat Herr Ropin auch am Telefon im Nachhinein noch alles kompetent und ausführlich beantwortet.. Alle Änderungen die wir beim Wohnungskauf vorhatten wurden gemacht und trotz Coronakrise immer nach bestem Gewissen so schnell wie möglich erfüllt! Es läuft glaub ich nur selten beim Wohnungs-/Hauskauf alles glatt, aber besser als hier hätten wir es nicht erwischen können. Wir sind auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und schätzen die Hilfsbereitschaft, vor allem in so einer herausfordernden Zeit, sehr! Schön zu sehen, dass es heute noch Menschen gibt, die einem helfen, ohne sie zu kennen! ☺️ Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! #teamropin ? (bestes Team ?) When we presented the apartment, all questions could be clarified on site and when we had any questions, Mr. Ropin answered everything competently and in detail on the phone afterwards. All changes that we planned when buying the apartment were made and despite the corona crisis always to the best of our knowledge met as soon as possible! I don't think everything goes smoothly when buying an apartment or house, but we couldn't have got it better than here. We are definitely very satisfied and really appreciate the willingness to help, especially in such a challenging time!
